Book Report 

Students may submit book reports to me on line. Any book can be counted as AR, even if we don't own the quiz as long as a book report is sent to me! So, let's look up the points of your book, fill out the book report, and send it in to count toward your AR goal.

Setting

Write 3 sentences describing the time and place of your book. Where does your story take place? What was it like? When does your story happen? 

Describe the main problem in the book and tell how it was resolved.

 

Theme

In a short paragraph identify the central theme, or the take away message of the book. What was the moral to the story, or the valuable lesson the characters learned, or that you learned? Although books may have more than one theme, you must choose the most powerful one and explain why you think this is the most important theme of the novel.
