ACME ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

In Process:

1.    ASC Packet – Libby will have the retyped document ready for us by the next meeting if all goes well.  Great Job Libby!

New Items:

1.    Discipline and Honor Plan – We reviewed the current summary of our discipline and recognition plan.  We discovered that the classroom teachers did not have copies of the Behavior Planning Sheet or the Recess/Lunch Worksheet for students to complete for Orange Slip consequences.  Ellyn will distribute the Summary Sheet as well as masters for those student worksheets to each teacher.

2.       EOTrimester Big Events - We discussed the upcoming WWU Dance Presentation for the Fall Trimester.  We reviewed a number of possible assembly ideas for the Winter and Spring Big Events.  The most favored possibilities are the Seattle Mime Theater and G.Toby Wessel-Magician.  Ellyn will check on availability and cost for those performances.

3.    Building Safety Plan – We discussed the Building Safety Plan Process.   Next meeting we will divide up the sections of the plan, gather what procedures we currently have written in the building, compare to other elementary school plans and create our master plan.
