New Issues:

1. Radios for Teachers/ParaEds -

We discussed the variety of radios available from the small talk about style that cost about $35 each for two to the $450 each for the heavy duty ones we currently own.  It was decided that we need to get some of the small ones to test for a week to see if we get interference from others using the channels and other issues for the ParaEds.

2. Strategic Plan.

.We read the Mt. Baker School District Strategic Plan. 

3. 9 Characteristics of High Performing Schools -

We pulled the descriptions of the 9 characteristics of High Performing School out and began todiscuss how those might look here at Acme.  There a re a number of grants and projects that will require us to document our use of these Nine Characteristics in our School Imporvement Planning.  We will look at how other schools have approached that need.

5.  Title V input

We wanted to see the composite data that Trina collected from her survey.  We will ask to have Trine come to a meeting in the future.
