February 16 – Staff Meeting – Develop Mission Statement – Gary & Jackie All staff invited (3:45 – 4:30 pm @ Library) February 23 – Staff Meeting – Clarify Mission Statement All Staff invited (3:45 – 4:30 pm @ Library) ASC – Continue w/ Data Set work – Gary Wall (4:30 – 6:00 pm) March 9 - Staff Meeting – Clarify Mission Statement All Staff invited (3:45 – 4:30 pm @ Library) March 16– Staff Meeting - Climate Survey – Climate Surveys: Staff All Staff invited (3:45 – 4:30 pm @ Library) Final directions for Student Survey administration, Students Distribute Parent surveys for distribution at conferences March 17-18 – Student Climate Surveys completed in class w/common directions and definitions. Scan Forms returned to office.
March 23 – ASC meets at the Acme Presbyterian Church 8:30 am – 4:00 pm Climate Committee organizes Staff & Student surveys for mailing.
March 24 Acme Family Fun Night Dinner and Marionette Show Parent Surveys will be available for those who have not yet completed them. (6:00 – 8:30 pm in Gym) March 30 - ASC – Complete our charts for the remaining 3 Characteristic of Highly Performing Schools (4:30 – 6:00 pm in Library) April 4 - Remaining Parent Surveys sent home. Memo in Monday Notes. April 6 - ALL STAFF SIP Meeting - Information about 1st & 2nd order change As well as Data 101. (3:45 – 4:30 pm in Library) April 7 - Due date for remaining Parent Surveys to be returned. April 20 - ALL STAFF SIP Meeting – Prioritization of Data Sets to use in our Data Carousel (3:45 – 4:30 pm in Library) April 21 - Amy, Michelle, Ellyn Dick & Gary @ DO to create the Data Carousel posters. (9 characteristics poster headings printed @ Kinko’s) (1:00 – 4:00 pm @ DO) April 27 - ALL STAFF SIP Meeting – Data Carousel: Part I (3:45 – 5:15 pm in Gym) May 4 - ALL STAFF SIP Meeting – Data Carousel: Part II (3:45 – 5:15 pm in Gym)
