1. District Professional Development Discussion w/ Trina: $$ for Science and
Math PD? Coordination of Elementary SIP Activities? Trina talked about the power of coordinating the PD planning among schools to maximize the impact of new learning.
2. Math Committee Report: The group is looking at more formative assessments to help teachers use the RTI model in math.
3. Staffing 0809: Number of FTE for Specialists: with the projected numbers the possibilities for Specialists to cover the Contractual Classroom Teacher Planning Time could look like the following:
7 Classes @ 1.0 fte for grades 1 – 6
1 Class @ 0.5 fte for Kindergarten
1.1 Specialists fte for Music, Library & PE
4. Calendarization & Schedules for 0809: Completed before June 30

1. Next Step for working with NVE information: Plan for April 2nd Staff Meeting:
Purpose:
Using information from the NVE site visit, Operational Definition Process and the Inter-relationship Digraph Activity the Acme Staff the staff determine the next BIG IDEA steps to improve student learning. The outcome of this meeting will be the selection of an action team to research the selected BIG Idea and design an Action Plan Proposal to add to our School Improvement Plan.
