ACME ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Members Present: Bob Baker, Trina Hall, Kim Sutherland, Erika Alexander, Ellyn Erickson, Chris Murray

New Items:

1. There was a concern brought to ASC by a student regarding the milk served at school. She expressed that often times the milk is sour and frozen. Currently the milk is being kept in a milk cooler in the kitchen. We will pass the concern on to the cooks in the kitchen to see how the milk is being rotated, what is the temperature of the cooler, etc. A copy of the student's letter will be passed on as well.
2. The PTA gets many advertisements for assemblies and special events. They are wondering what to do with all of the information. We discussed the possibilities of tying an assembly to the regular End-of-the-Month assembly. It was recommended that the PTA decide upon a few ideas and send them back to the ASC for guidance.
