Special Meeting & Worksession Minutes

Board Members in Attendance:  Ellen Dodson; Jim Freeman; Russ Pfeiffer-Hoyt; David Smith

Trish Hart was expected to arrive later in the meeting.

a.                   Call to Order; Pledge of Allegiance

b.                   Consent Agenda

                                                                           i.      Purchases over $7,500.00:

1.       It’s About Time - $9,597.24

b.       Accounts Payable – February 2007 (second)

Vouchers audited and certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense claims certified as required by RCW 42.24.090, have been recorded on a listing, which has been made available to the Board.  As of this day, February 22, 2007 the Board by a unanimous vote does approve the payment of those vouchers included in the above list and further described as follows:  ASB Fund voucher #173 - 185 in the total amount of $9,391.09; Capital Projects Fund voucher #98559 in the total amount of $20,270.80; and General Fund vouchers #98449 – 98558 in the total amount of $186,611.12.

Mr. Pfeiffer-Hoyt moved and Mr. Freeman seconded the motion to approve items on the Consent Agenda.  Motion passed.

c.                   Adjourn Special Meeting – At 7:10 Ms Dodson adjourned the Special Meeting.
