School Board Meeting & Work Session - Thursday, June 28, 2007

Board members present: Ellen Dodson, Jim Freeman, Russ Pfeiffer-Hoyt.

Trish Hart and David Smith were absent and excused.

Ms Dodson called the special meeting to order at 7:20 pm.

Mr. Pfeiffer-Hoyt moved and Mr. Freeman seconded to approve all items on the Consent Agenda. Motion Passed.

Vouchers audited and certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense claims certified as required by RCW 42.24.090, have been recorded on a listing, which has been made available to the Board.  As of this day, June 28, 2007 the Board by a unanimous vote does approve the payment of those vouchers included in the above list and further described as follows:  ASB Fund vouchers #312 – 329 in the total amount of $26,809.93; Capital Projects Fund voucher #100807 in the total amount of $1,232.00; General Fund vouchers #100693 – 100806 in the total amount of $205,624.50 and Transportation Fund voucher #100808 in the total amount of $89.82.
