To compete in JH athletics students will need to have completely filled out the clearance form and have a copy of a physcial on file in the Athletics Office. A physical is good for two years. Both the clearance form and physical form can be found at the MBSD Athletics. Students will also need to have paid their ASB fee and have paid a participation fee for each season.
