Considering an Out-Of-State School? In general, if a student chooses to attend an out of state public school, either a two year or four year college, the student will have to pay an additional out-of-state tuition fee.  However, Washington state is a participant in the Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) program.  If you are considering an out-of-state public school check  to see if you qualify for a reduced tuition level.

Are You Planning to Participate in College Sports?
