The decisions that you
make today can impact the rest of your life. High School health students
are introduced to healthy living and given the opportunity to discuss and
practice living the life that is right for each individual. Topics
include; mental health, nutrition and exercise, body systems, drug and
substance abuse and use, illness’, as well as sexual education and first
aid. It is the goal of the class to allow students to ask questions and
speak with experts so that they can make informed decisions throughout
adulthood.
