The Building Excellence and Success with Teamwork (B.E.S.T.) plan is designed to encourage all members of the school community to make responsible choices. Four precepts are the foundation of the program and students are acknowledged for meeting goals, acting responsibly and being Self-Managers. The program supports the Deming Mission statement in encouraging all students to be and do their "B.E.S.T." The program supports and is supported by the Essential Learnings of Washington State.
