CHALLENGES AND CHOICES

April, 1998

Challenges and choices is an enrichment program that is based on the Renzulli Triad model. It includes general exploratory activities, group training and individual and small group investigations of real problems. To qualify for the program students must demonstrate above average creativity, task commitment, and academic success. The classroom teacher in addition to pullout time with the Challenges and Choices Resource Teacher cluster these students into selected classrooms where they receive differentiated curriculum and instruction. This year 35 students in grades 3-6 have participated in the program.
