DEMING ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

TRI POD KABUKI THEATER

Inclusion? That's right! Forty-three Deming Elementary students artistically presented Kabuki plays Monday night, November 23rd in a crowded, overflowing cafeteria. These plays were a culmination of cultural studies, writing, editing, speaking skills, cooperation and performance.

Every third through sixth grader had a part! There were play writers, actors, make-up artists, Kidachi players, greeters and a flute player--each bringing their talents and attributes to the supportive audience.

The evening ended with a "Circle of Appreciation." Parents and students participated in this wonderfully colorful event.
