DEMING ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
PRE-SCHOOL PROGRAM

The Mt. Baker School District special need preschool program consists of 25 (as of March 98) children ranging from 3-6 years of age. The preschool has two classes . The morning class is five days a week for children ages 4-6. The afternoon class is 3 afternoons for children ages 3-4. The children receive services through the program by qualifying as developmentally delayed in the areas of social/emotional, language, fine/gross motor and cognitive skills. They are housed in the double portable and enjoy a new purpose-built outside play area.
