American FFA Degree Recipients
The American FFA Degree is the highest honor that the National FFA
Organization can bestow on its members. The requirements for the degree include:
- Have received the State FFA degree, have been active member for the past 3
years and have a record of satisfactory participation in the activities at
the chapter and state levels.
- Have completedthe equivalent of at least three years of secondary school
instruction and/or completed the program of agriculture education offered at
the school last attended.
- Graduated from high school at least 12 months prior to the national
convention at which the degree is to be granted.
- Have an outstanding Supervised Agriculture Experience
- Earned and productively invested at least $7,500 and worked at least 2,250
hours.
- Exhibit outstanding leadership and maintained at least"C"
average.
