Personal Information

Married to wife Kris Rightmire.  Son Tyson born in 2006.  Enjoy flyfishing, Cougar athletics, camping, traveling, spending time with wife and son. 

My father, Dick Rightmire was an agriculture teacher, CTE Director, and FFA Advisor at Ferndale High School for 30 years.  He passed away shortly after retiring in 2000. 

Coached JV Basketball at MBHS for 5 years and Jr. High Basketball for 5 years. 

Announce most football games and several basketball games throughout the year

Recognized by the Bellingham Herald as one of "10 who make a difference" in 2007. 

Earned American FFA Degree in 1990, State Winner Turf and Landscape Management Proficiency Award - 1989.

Earned Eagle Scout badge on May 27, 1986 - Troop 26 in Ferndale

Member of Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity - Sigma Chapter - Initiated January 1989, VNR Alumni Relations and VNR of Membership Development (pledge trainer). Interfraternity Council Public Relations Coordinator 1991-1992.
