Green Transportation Waiver

Date: 11/21/09

 Event: Sedro-Woolley FFA Log Rodeo

 Event Location: SW Log Show Grounds across from Wood’s Logging Supply

 Departing: High School at 9:15 am. Students may drive down to the log rodeo themselves (only with a signed green permission form) or with parents. Any student riding with another, must have a green permission from signed too. 

 Return: Done at 2:30-3:00 pm

 Meals: On own.  Food available for fee at log rodeo grounds

 Important Notes:

1. Students must bring boots, gloves, long sleeve shirt, eye protection (we will have some eye protection). 
2. Students must have paid dues to the HS office by 11/20 - $17.00. Make checks payable to MBHS or Mt. Baker FFA, bring receipt to Mr. Rightmire
3. Turn in forms by Friday, November 20 to Mr. Rightmire
