Each School Board member is assigned to one school.  Each board member will visit his/her school three times each year for formal “School Performance Visits”. 

The purposes of the School Performance visits are to:

1. Be familiar with our educational program,

2. Understand and observe the implementation of each school’s Improvement Plan,

3. Gain insight that will guide work session dialogue and strategic planning, and

4. Support MBSD staff’s efforts.

School Performance visits will be scheduled in advance, be brief, and will allow staff to perform their duties as normally planned.
