SCHOOL SUPPLY LIST

Students will be expected to have the following school supplies to start the school year.  Please be sure to label with your child’s name.

ALL STUDENTS: Although separate shoes for gym use are not required, students may only use clean tennis shoes in the gym.  Sending an additional pair of shoes ensures they are always prepared to participate in PE.  Additionally, notebook dividers are provided by the school for grades 3-6 and pocket type folders are provided for 1^st & 2^nd grade.

LIFE SKILLS:  Small pencil box that closes securely,  1 box of 16 count crayons, 2 glue sticks, 3 boxes facial tissue, 2 packages wide-ruled paper, 1 box of 8 count markers, 2 boxes #2 pencils, student scissors.

KINDERGARTEN:  Tote bag/backpack (large enough for folders and books), three folders with pockets on bottom, 2 boxes of crayons (one 8 count and one 24 count), 6 glue sticks, 1 lg. pink eraser, 1 box facial tissue, 1 container of baby wipes. BOYS bring a set of water based markers ~ about 8 colors, GIRLS bring a set of water color paints ~ about 8 colors, small bath towel or blanket for rest time.

FIRST GRADE:  School box (cigar box size), 1 pair Fiskar student size scissors, 2 lg. pink erasers, 4 lg. glue sticks, twelve #2 pencils, 1 box of 24 count crayons, 1 small box colored pencils, 1 container of baby wipes, 1 box facial tissues, 1 box Ziploc bags (quart or gallon), backpack/tote bag. Please put your child’s name on each item.

SECOND GRADE:  2 lg. pink erasers, 3 lg. glue sticks, 1 pair Fiskar student scissors, 24 #2 pencils, 1 box of 24 count crayons, 1 box colored pencils, 2 Mead composition notebooks (black & white cover, try Office Depot), 2 boxes facial tissue, 1 pencil box, 2 containers of baby wipes , 1 box of quart size Ziploc bags. backpack. No binders. Please place your child’s name on the pencil box, scissors, 1 glue stick and the crayons. Other supplies are collected for community use.

THIRD GRADE:  2 pink erasers, 1 box crayons (24 count and please no bigger) 1 small box colored pencils, 1 Pee Chee type folder, 3 glue sticks, 1 box facial tissue, adult size scissors, ruler (metric and inches), 1 package of wide ruled notebook paper, 3 ring binder (1.5” to 2”), no large zippered binders please, (they don’t fit in student desks).  24 #2 pencils, 1 small box (5” x 8”) for crayon/pencil storage, 2 Mead composition notebooks (black & white cover – try Office Depot) 1 yellow highlighter pen, small pencil sharpener w/shavings container.

FOURTH GRADE: Twelve #2 pencils, 3 ring binder (1.5 to 2”), No large zippered binders please, pencil box, 1 pkg. wide ruled paper, 1 box facial tissue, 3 glue sticks, 1 box colored pencils/1 box crayons/or 1 box of markers, 2 pee chee type folders, adult scissors, 2 pink erasers, 2 highlighters, 12” ruler ( metric and inches), small pencil sharpener.

FIFTH GRADE: Pencils, college-ruled notebook paper as needed, sharp scissors, colored pencils, 24 count crayons, 2 glue sticks (Dennison type), 1 box facial tissue, 3 ring binder (1.5 to 2”) No large zippered binders please, 1 Mead composition book,  pencil box, yellow highlighter pen.

SIXTH GRADE:  Glue stick, scissors, markers, colored pencils, ruler, 3-ring binder (1.5 to 2”), plastic pencil pouch, calculator, college-ruled notebook paper, container of sanitizing wipes, highlighter, cap erasers, #2 pencils.
