The JV Girls Volleyball Coach is responsible for player supervision, safety, rosters, player eligibility and compliance with WIAA regulations and MBSD policies and procedures; other duties as assigned by the Head Volleyball Coach, Principal and/or Athletic Director. Salary is based on the Mount Baker Coaches Association Salary Schedule; placement is determined by paid experience. This is a MBEA Coaches/Advisors represented position.
Qualifications:
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification. • Knowledge and demonstrated skill of techniques and strategies of volleyball. • Positive communication techniques while working with student-athletes, parents and staff. • Create a positive environment to ensure successful development of student-athlete’s academic and athletic potential. • Completion of Class II Driver’s License Class. • Successful coaching experience preferred.
