Summer School
The Mount Baker School District will be offering Summer School again this summer. For additional information, please follow the links below.
K-8 Summer School High School Summer School
Athletic Clearance Night Athletic Clearance Night will take place in the Mount Baker Jr/Sr High Library from 4-7pm on May 22nd. Students currently in 6th to 11th grade can fill out and turn in the paperwork needed in order to participate with MBJH and MBHS athletic teams. Forms (clearance packet and physical form) will also be available in the office beginning May 22nd.
Annual Talent Show
We are pleased to announce that Kendall will be hosting our 13th Annual Kendall Talent Show on Thursday June 6 at 1:30pm! This show will give Kendall students the opportunity to showcase their special talents for fellow students, friends, family, and the community. If your child would like to try out for the show, please encourage them to prepare an original act such as singing, dancing, playing an instrument, poetry, story telling, skits, etc. and start practicing! Application forms and permission slips are available in the office and music classrooms. Try outs are Tuesday, May 21st!
Measurements of Student Progress (MSP) Online
This spring, students in grades 3-8 will take most of their state MSP tests online. The online version is the same exam that students take on paper, just delivered in a different manner.

Dedicated in August, 1999 Kendall Elementary is nestled in the beautiful
foothills of the Mt. Baker National Forest.
It provides educational services for over 500 pre-school through 6th
grade students, including Special Education.
It is staffed by more than 70 supportive adults.
The diverse ethnic population is both multicultural and multiracial,
including Caucasian, Native American, Hispanic, and Asian.
ESL services are provided for close to 20% of the student body, with
a major emphasis on Russian to English.
Truly a rural community facility within the Mt. Baker School District, Kendall Elementary provides a computer lab, library, gymnasium, Music and Art rooms, stage, lunchroom, and extensive outdoor playing fields.
