Pamela Anderson felt very grateful to Americans who came to help us. She said “They mixed in well with British people but to those British who had teen-age daughters. They weren’t so happy because American solider (G.I.) “Over paid, over sexed, and over here!” she said. Most U.S. serviceman were very much appreciated they bought a “safety” factor in and bombs stopped dropping! More food, petro (gasoline), nylons for ladies, canes fruit, cigarettes, etc.
She continue that “Sirens always frightening, it meant must hurry to shelter because bombs would be dropping at anytime and they would be strafing the streets with gunfire from the places. However in my later years I have had many business connections with Germans, visited their country many times and enjoyed their people. Their food, their customs etc, and have no hostilities toward them."
