SENIORS!  PARENTS OF SENIORS!  GRADUATION INFORMATION - Counselor Toby Marston will update this page with current information regarding graduation-related activities.

MOUNT BAKER JR/SR HIGH COMPOST NEWS! - The Deming Campus includes the Junior High, Senior High and Educational Resource Center. In April we collected almost 6 cubic yards of compostable materials. That’s the same size as one of our large garbage dumpsters and calculates out to a composting rate of 20%. Each person’s “average pounds diverted” was almost 1 pound for the month.  Way to go Deming Campus!

MBHS GIRLS WRESTLERS BEST IN STATE - The MBHS Girls Wrestling team was the top team in the state in 2008.  They won the state title on February 16, with one girl earning a state title and MBHS coach Clyde Blockley was named Girls Wrestling Coach of the Year for the state of Washington.

The girls were also named Academic State Champions - their collective GPA was higher than any other girls wrestling team in the state.  Congratulations!

America's Best High Schools 2008 MBHS NAMED ONE OF AMERICA'S BEST HIGH SCHOOLS - U.S.News & World Report has given a Bronze Medal to MBHS for serving all students well, not just those bound for college.  Follow the link to the U.S.News web site for a full report.

FAMILY ACCESS - VIEW GRADES ONLINE!

Parents and students will receive logins and passwords over the next few weeks.  Users will be able to see grades, assignments, attendance records, and check messages from teachers.

SCHOOL PERFORMANCE REPORT FOR MOUNT BAKER HIGH SCHOOL - OSPI provides a "report card" for every school in the state.  WASL scores and demographic data about our district are provided.  Follow this link to get data about MBHS.

FIGHT SONG ONLINE - Download the MBHS Fight Song, "The Baker Mountaineers," in MP3 format.  Re-recorded in 2007.
