| Thursday started with a beautiful drive north to San Francisco and across the Golden Gate Bridge. NO FOG! These students have no idea how lucky they are. | ||

| Our next stop was the Exploratorium where science, art, sound and perception are presented through hands on experiments: pendulums, photo magnetism, giant bubbles, satellite dish shape, toilet converted to a drinking water fountain, cow eye dissection and much more captivated the students' interest. | |||

After lunch at In and Out Burger, we took the short ferry ride to Alcatraz. Visiting "The Rock" is always a favorite with the guys. Everyone is given personal headphones for an audio tour narrated by former prisoners and guards. |

Everyone shopped and ate dinner in a restaurant of their choice at famous Pier 39 before heading back to our hotel in Sunnyvale. Let's hope they saved a little money, we still have two days to go! |
