Thursday:

The NASA students pose in front of a 747 and the Hiller Aviation Museum.

After a very early, wake up call (for some of us not as early as it should have been) and 2am departure time we made it safely to the airport and onto our flight to the San Jose Airport.

Our first stop of the morning was the Tech Museum of Innovation.

Future astronaut?  This Baker boy sees how well he can maneuver in a weightless environment

Our second stop of the day was the Hiller Aviation Museum

This Baker boy was selected to sit with a lovely mannequin while demonstrating how to fly this helicopter.  I think his flying technique would improve if he'd keep his hands on the wheel...
We may see this Baker girl flying over Seafair some year soon
These Baker ladies stopped for a rest inside the jet engine of a Boeing 747
This must be one of those new compact model airplanes...
