After the jazz band played, the steps of the parliament building were the venue for the Mountaineer Band.  The "Parade of Bands" on Sunday features all of the 20+ high school bands performing for up to five minutes in front of an appreciative audience of hundreds of locals and tourists.  The really enjoy our kids dancing the Highland Fling.
