In an effort to keep parents informed, the Mount Baker School District has developed this web site to inform you of precautions being taken by the district to keep students and staff safe and healthy.
The district has a Pandemic Preparedness and Response Plan, and is following the initial stages of this plan. Superintendent Richard Gantman and District Nurse Brenda Goebel are in regular contact with the Whatcom County Health Department and Department of Emergency Management.
Check here regularly, as the situation surrounding the H1N1 virus (Swine Flu) may change rapidly. This will be updated as information is made available.

- October 25, 2009 - H1N1 vaccine clinic in Deming by Appointment : The H1N1 Vaccine Clinic Call Center Line closed at 3:00 p.m. Friday October 23 and there are no additional clinics scheduled at this time.
