sent out the goals to his staff and he will meet with teachers individually. |

conducted a survey and Charles and Jim need to evaluate it. |

Unsure
what is happening at
Kendall. |
|
We had
a short discussion about whether to continue this position next year. We
felt we got started so late this year that we need to do it another year to
get a good base for evaluation. Perhaps we can find some support/training
for the tech staff development people. At our May meeting, we will ask them
to attend so we can learn better how to support them. |

development – Tech Mentor Program

Offer
the program and bring the interest back to the next meeting. |

Inspiration software – costs – Trina
|
Send
numbers of what is in each building to Trina ASAP. |

Need
178 licenses just to cover the labs. |

Propose
to Trina that curriculum pay for the software and tech committee pay for the
teacher training. |

Sher, Adrienne, and Mark will meet Thursday, April 8 for the morning.
