Kent Morrison, Evergreen Elementary School

I was born Kenton Larry Morrison, but I go by Kent. Born in Bellingham
Washington, my parents moved to San Francisco California while I was very
young so my father could work selling insurance. My mother was a teacher.
When I was 6 my parents moved to Ilwaco, WA and I grew up on the Washington
Coast.
I attended school at Central Washington University where I studied
Education, and K-12 vocal and instrumental music. I have been teaching for 13 years in the music classroom and 2 years in the regular education classroom. I have
received grants in the past to incorporate technology in the music classroom and worked with the Yamaha Corporation on the "Music in Education project". I have also served as a technology trainer for the Clover Park School
District, providing training on all Microsoft Office Products, Web Search Engines, HTML basics, and HyperStudio.
