Digital Tools Technology Task Pre-Assessment

Welcome to the Technology Pre-Assessment Survey.  Use the numbering scale found in the top window to answer questions listed below.  So, you should have the top window scrolled, or positioned, so that you can clearly see the choices available.  Start the survey by reading  each numbered statement listed below here and respond by placing your number answer ( e.g. #1, #2, #3 or #4) in the response box provided in front of the statement.  Remember that one of our goals of this project is to help you, the teacher, get acquainted with digital technologies.  Remember also that some of you are already advanced technology users while others are just beginning.  This project is for all of you.  Regardless if you find yourself answering these statements with high or low scores this project should help you a lot. And, finally, remember that a grant project is an investigation and, as such, requires accurate assessment.  This is the start of the assessment process. There are a few questions that ask for input other than your number choice. Good luck.  Please answer these questions based on your technology level BEFORE the May 5 kickoff session.
