SEBB Open Enrollment

SEBB Open Enrollment is happening October 25 - November 22, 2021.  Visit the Virtual Benefits Fair to find out about each plan and its benefit options.

Starting January 1, 2022, all employees will be automatically enrolled in employee-paid long-term disability (LTD) insurance (not to be confused with LTC Long-term care tax). EVERY employee must log into their SEBB My account and either elect their Employee paid LTD or DECLINE it. If you do not DECLINE this option you will be automatically enrolled in the 60% Employee paid coverage plan. There will be no reimbursements. You can DECLINE at any time during and after Open Enrollment but they will not credit you for any months that you were previously enrolled regardless of the circumstances. Rates and information will be listed under LTD Insurance Information.
