Mt. Baker FFA helps clean up the Rome Grange

Mary Sewright, MBSD Superintendent, received some positive communication regarding the community service from FFA members. Thank you to The Rome Grange President for sharing this positive experience:

“We really appreciated having the FFA youth and your esteemed teacher Todd Rightmire come by last Saturday to help clean up the Rome Grange.  Their good nature and positive willingness to give back to the community are the essence of citizenship, and proof in spite of our trying times that the future will be fine. Having our grounds spiffed up will really help us get ready for our spring and summer farmers market, and keep the Grange presentable for community use.  On behalf of the Rome Grange membership, please extend my heartfelt thanks.”

Mount Baker loves that our students strive for excellence and invest in our community in so many ways!
