The choir concert last evening was delightful.  Congratulations to all of our choir members as well as Choir Director, Linda Moore.  Our music programs are something to brag about due to the hard work and talent of our students as well as the dedication and passion of our music department.

This is a busy week with the FFA Awards tonight, 6th grade orientation to their transition to junior high tomorrow night, and no school Friday due to staff development and Senior PRIDE presentations.

Enjoy the long weekend as we observe Memorial Day on Monday in honor of the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military.

Mark your calendars for more fun next week. Wednesday, May 31 the Kendall Science Fair is from 6:00  to 7:30 p.m. and  the Acme Spring Carnival is June 1 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The evening of June 1 we also celebrate our seniors at honors night.  This is a wonderful evening when many students have their hard work recognized and receive awards and scholarships.

Go Baker!

Sincerely,

Mary Sewright, Superintendent
