Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Mount Baker School District No. 507, Whatcom County, Washington (the “District”) has declared certain real property as surplus. This property is no longer needed for school purposes.

Interested bidders must complete the required information as outlined in the above mentioned bid package. All bids received at or prior to 3:00 p.m. on February 12, 2026 will be opened and a read aloud at the Mount Baker School District Office (4956 Deming Road, Deming, WA 98244)
