2026/2027 Fueling Service Bid
Vendors are invited to submit written proposals for provision of diesel fuel
and unleaded fuel to the Mount Baker School District #507 for the 2026-2027 school year, with
the option to extend the contract for three (3) subsequent years. Bid specifications and
instructions may be requested from the District Office. Proposals are to be received at the
District Office, 4956 Deming Road/PO Box 95, Deming, WA 98244 by Nine AM (9:00am)
Wednesday July 22nd 2026 in a sealed envelope marked “Bid – Fueling Services”. Bids will be
opened on Wednesday July 22nd 2026 at Nine AM (9:00am) in the District Office. Bidders
and any other interested persons are invited to be present. The lowest/best bid will be
recommended for approval at the Thursday July 23rd, 2026 School Board Meeting at Six PM
(6:00pm) at the District Office.
