We Are Hiring! | School Bus Drivers

Mount Baker School District is looking for people to transport our most precious cargo... our kiddos. We need school bus drivers to transport our students to and from school, as well as to field trips and athletic events.

If you do not have a CDL, no worries... the Mount Baker School District will provide you with paid training. Our training covers what is required (and more) for you to become a Class B School Bus Driver.

Requirements to become a Class B School Bus Driver:

  • Pass criminal background check
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Be able to pass a CDL Physical
  • Have maintained a clean driving record for a passenger vehicle, and licensed for a minimum of 5 years

$24.40 per hour starting wage. We will reimburse some testing & licensing fees (after 40 hours or 60 days worked). The first 20 hours of driver training are paid.
