April is National Poetry Month!
In the library this month our students will be hearing poems from a variety of poets and on Thursday, April 27th we will be celebrating National Poem in Your Pocket Day.
If your student(s) would like to participate, all they need to do is select a poem or compose an original work and carry it with them in their pocket on that day. Then students can share the poem and the fun wherever they go! Participating poets will be given a sticker to wear so people will know who to ask to read their poem.
