Dear Mount Baker Families and Students,
Sea Mar Community Health Centers is excited to announce that our School-Based Health Center (SBHC) at Mount Baker High School will open on August 12, 2025! We’re honored to continue providing care to Mount Baker students and look forward to partnering with you for a healthy and successful school year.
To help families prepare for the year ahead, the clinic will open before school begins to provide sports physicals, immunizations, well-child exams, and other health services. These August dates are open to all students from the Mount Baker School District, including those in elementary, junior high, and high school.
Services will be available on a drop-in or appointment basis on the following days:
Tuesday, August 12 | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday, August 19 | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday, August 22 | 4:30 – 7:00 PM @ the MBSD Back-to-School Resource Fair
Tuesday, August 26 | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
The clinic is located adjacent to the Mount Baker JH/HS library, and there are two main points of entry:
Enter from the west side/Mitchell Road entrance that goes directly into the library. The clinic will be on your right.
From the main parking lot, find the walkway to the right of the office. Head straight through the double doors and into the library. The clinic is on the left along the far wall.
Students must be registered to receive the full scope of clinic services. Please fill out a registration packet and return it to the clinic or the high school front desk. Parents and guardians are welcome to accompany their children to appointments.
Once the school year begins, the clinic will be open every Tuesday that school is in session from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering care to all Mount Baker students during the academic year.
