Paper Registration Forms are available in the office(s).
Students must be five (5) years old by August 31, 2024 to enroll.
The following documents MUST be provided for to Registration and Enrollment:
Immunization Records
Identification of Legal Name (birth certificate, ID card, or passport)
Proof of Residency (power bill, title, rental contract)
